We do this anywhere we travel to, why, I can’t tell how many times we are just out walking around and stumbled across the coolest, the cutest, store, cafe, old home or a historic site nobody told us about.
Another great benefit of walking is that it’s an excellent form of exercise. Traveling often involves indulging in delicious foods and drinks, so taking a stroll can help you stay active and burn off some of those extra calories.
